Abstract
This article systematically analyzes the negotiations between the EU-27 and the United Kingdom to define their future relationship after Brexit. In the commercial sphere, the commitments that guarantee fair competition and fishing constitute the main difficulties. Exchanges of services, particularly financial ones, are another crucial issue. Regarding security, defense, external relations and the governance of the agreement, the United Kingdom chooses to mark distances.
